1 General Terms

Uubuzz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is a legally operated online gaming service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and its users ("you" or "player").

When registering, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and email address. This information will be used during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact support immediately.

3 Financial Transactions

4 Bonuses & Promotions

• Exploiting game bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.

6 Account Closure & Suspension

Uubuzz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Such decisions are typically made for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is detected.
• If signs of suspicious financial activity are detected.
• If the player requests self-exclusion.
• If there is evidence of account activity from a restricted region.

Players may also request to close their account at any time. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure and no breach of Terms has occurred, that amount will be refunded.
